Proposers who wish
to apply under our

Program must
initially apply
for sections 1-
6 in order to
qualify for a student
visa within
this option.
Moreover, for the
current time
period while this
web site is under
development, all
business
proposals,
agreements and
forms must be
first down-loaded
(FTP), completed,
notarized and then
mailed to our
business address

Furthermore,
systems access to
secured documents
(Appendices A -
M) will not be
granted until a
Proposer has
submitted a refundable
monthly
subscription fee
of $9.95 per
mo. Additionally,
a systems
processing and
database setup fee
is also required
for initializing
business website
hosting and is
also fully refundable,
as both fees are
applied toward the
total processing
fee involved in
contracting with
this network.
Thereupon, all
Proposers who
submit their
proposals during
the first 2 years
of network
operations may
have all
contracting fees
deferred upon
proof of current
or prior
experience in
their solicited
and selective
fields of
expertise.
Finally, once the
development of
this web site has
been completed,
all documents will
be processed and
